vapoeran14 permanently banned for reason you can read in the banlist, so why shouldn't vaporeon14 be banned for making a second account (ban evading) and making that sig, AND for being vaporean14? If we perma-ban someone, usually it's because we want them gone.... not just the account gone -.- only to be replaced with another one with an 'o' instead of an 'a'...
