And there it was, posted in plain view in the rules for requesting, it read, "explain in detail".

Now, before we start, let's use some grammar analyzing to determine just what, exactly, this means.

explain: -Verb
1. To make plain or clear

in detail -Idiom
1. Item by item, with particulars

particular -Noun
1. an individual or distinct part, as an item of a list or enumeration

Alright, now let's put this all together...
Explain in detail: To make plain or clear, item by item, the distinct parts

So, that being said, why can I think of 10 questions I'd like to ask for every request and why must I endure:

"please cheat this map (Link provided)" OR WORSE
"please cheat <map name> (No link provided)"
"i want an ability that knocks back"
"can u make an ability like the one in this map (that no one has ever heard of in the history of wc3)?"
"can someone make me a gold trigger?"

"Ex-wc3edit.net members"? No such thing. Only suiciders becuase they couldn't handle said requests.
I demand we enforce a template for map requests.

I dont watch that section. if I did, I am sure I would DELETE most of the posts. That goes the same for fufilled. There are too many map editing peeps that simply do it without the required info.

The only reason most of the requests are allowed is so that people keep coming back and giving us more traffic.

But if we did, however, trash all of their requests, (and I mean really all), hardly anyone would ever come here to request because of their own stupidity and laziness.

Otherwise, I'd be right with you, taking out the Ban-Hammers, and preparing for war.

I think that requesters do, indeed, need to follow a template. However, due to several people who either don't care, or deliberately don't trash lousy requests, it will never happen -.-

Although, I do object to the idea of deleting the posts, trashing would be better, to show which requests to make and which requests not to make. I doubt we would lose much traffic at all...
