Changing the minipicture

Can i edit this picture into a custom picture i have using the World Editor?
Because i did not restore the triggers, so if i edit it using MPQ, the map would crash.

Yes, you can edit that picture easily, however you need a program such as PhotoShop. Then after that just open up your map in mpq then import your picture over the current one. Make sure you use the same quality of image and it fits near the same Byte size also.

Can i even overwrite the file by using MPQ?

Because i have not restored the triggers in the map, so any change of the files by using MPQ would make the map crash.

Ya you can overwrite using mpq. Any sound/image file you want to replace can be done without corrupting the map. Just make sure they use the same names. The mini-image and Loadscreens need to be the same dimensions as the original, same format, and close to same size.
Your sounds must be the same format.
