New Custom Abilities Warcraft III

Hello.

I would like to learn how to make a new custom ability, if it is possible.
Not just change the picture or add more damage or healing on them, but
make new.
For Example in dota there is an ability OmniSlash.
how to make new abilities like this... if anybody knows please tell me.

Triggers. That's the only way.

OK maybe triggers are the only way but how ... i mean i tried but i could not find the way to make OmniSlash..
maybe you could show me with triggers how to create my omnislash like in dota and then try again on them myself ??

I don't know what Omnislash even is.

I do, however, know that it was made using triggers, and they're, no doubt, very complex triggers.

Just edit it so it makes more slashes - no need to put a different one.

Or

Replace it with an existing one which is not used.

I should copy it from dota to my map and just put more slashes or something else?

I believe thehiveworkshop has a guy that makes triggers like that to show how they are made. They work just like the real deal.

Thanks For Your Help But It Was Not That I Really Wanted.
IceFrog (the Creator Of Dota) Made His Map Like It Is Warcraft IV With His New Abilities.
These abilities are very Different.
Now i will give you an example to understand better if you have played dota.
There is a Character (Sniper) (Kardel) Hi's ultimate is same as the (hammer) Bolt in
the editor He only changed the icon the range the damage and he removed the stun ability.
So it is like a new custom ability, BUT IT IS NOT FOR ME BECAUSE THERE IS NOT SOMETHING NEW!!
OmniSlash IS New Custom ability that the editor have not so he created alone without any help of the editor!
Today I tried to deprotect and open icefrog's map but my deprotector made it VERY BIG and i could not open it. Thanks For all your help any way
