Customkick doesnt function on Patch 1.22

Hello, ive got a problem with my Customkick.
After Blizzard made patch 1.22 he doesnt function anymore.
It always says "Error" when i want to scan the game....

That tool is really useful so it would be very bad for me if i cant use it anymore

Do you have a solution for my problem???

I downloaded it and when i wanted to start, it says : "VisualCustomKick.exe hat ein Problem festegestellt und muss beendet werden. Falls Sie Ihre Arbeit noch nicht gespeichert hatten, können Daten möglicherweise verloren gegangen sein. Dieses Problem bitte auch an Microsoft berichten" Bla bla bla.........

Download v2.4.2 <Last release of the v2 series> (No Automode & Speedstart) this Version..
also, don't use english & german together it sounds ridiculous

Well, i opened a game but it doesnt do anything. Doesnt refresh and doesnt find the players if im scanning. Ive got the newest version of WINPCAP (4.1 beta 4) and ive choosen the right Nic, the same Nic i use with banlist (IEEE 802.11n Wireless Card. (Microsoft's Packet Scheduler)).

Why it still doesnt function?? If i restart the program it says that i might have a wrong NIC or an old WINPCAP version, but everything is fine!

And its german because i use an german Windows .

Fail, download 3.4.0, it works with patch 1.22
