In Memory of George Carlin

This isn't a thread about jokes, but will include some of George's best acts, but I felt it should be placed here, as George Carlin was one of the greatest comedians to have ever lived.

He died yesterday at the age of 71 as a result of heart failure.

He is a legacy in the comedy business. He made it possible for cusswords to be said on the TV. First during the night time, then all the time. The "Comedy Central Saturday Night Stash" was because of him.

He widened the gap for comedy also by allowing more topics to take place. Almost every comedian today looks up to George Carlin for the stuff that he has done for comedy. He was a brilliant and nice guy that spoke the truth and used it in his comedian routines. Almost everything he says, you would probably 80% of the time say, "I agree".

If you want more just search youtube, he's on there. If anyone would want media to be passed around freely it would be George Carlin, he was the most down to earth man I can think of in the entertainment business.

Rest in Peace George, you will be missed.
