can somone please help me with this

when ever i play a game on bnet or even off bnet any map my screen bugs and i looked on blizzard tech support and it wasnt there can somone help me
i cant upload immage so ill just explain
whenever somthing on screen changes like hp / mana or inventory or spell books or anything the effect on screen doesnt change back and when i move mouse it leaves a trail that does not go away for a long time

More than likely a video card problem. I use to have something very similar with my last one. Nothing to do with Warcraft 3, I'm afraid.
