I'm completely lost on this whole 'unprotect a map' thing, and I havn't the time to figure it out, so if anyone would be so kind as to help me out...

I would like a command that would add about 500 ranking exp (exp used to gain save/load ranks, not hero levels) each time it's used. Don't even need to make it savable in single player. It would be much appriciated.

Could you explain how this EXP system works and what DOES get loaded when you load?

I've never played this but I'll try to help you if I get more info

I'm not entirely sure on what is saved, but it's alot. I believe all of the following are saved/loaded:

Ranking EXP (See below)
Number of times you've been hit
Number of kills (Or a basic ratio between hit/kills)
Name (obviously)

And most likly other factors such as progress to medals, and probobly a few things I don't know about.

No hero attributes are saved or loaded, but depending on your rank, you may be able to unlock new features from old heros.

Ranking EXP is used to gain ranks through multiple games, everyone starts off as a Private with 0 ranking exp. Killing approximently 7 enemys will net you 1 EXP, then there are missions you can do, like escorting a convoy of civilians across the map, where you net EXP for if the convoy makes it, then 10 EXP for each civilian.

Once you hit pre-set ranking EXP amounts, you get promoted, allowing you to choose from more units at the start, use more features (like the pistol skill for Corporals and above), and have slightly better damage output.

Ranking EXP is in no way related to Hero leveling EXP. No items, attributes, etc. are loaded into the map.

[EDIT: Adding cheats would probably be no problem but to implement something to edit or change this xp ranking is too 1337 for me. The map was corrupted using Vexorian to the max but I might be able to tinker around with it.

There's already a notd am where u can get max rank xp. Just read the 7th post on this forum

Max rank exp is well and good... until your friends see it and add you to their banlist and tell everyone on NotD forums.

well that's wat he wanted.... anyways u can get 60k only and earn the rest yourself because it resets xp to 59999 when u gotta take this test.

i think you can save your code when reaching 59999xp
open a new game and cheat till max!

i no you can dekar.. but it's not good to because then you get banlisted by all the notd players because there's only like 3 ppl that are max.

I can modify it so it gives you 10000 xp at a time.

When you hit 60k+ xp, save and rm and then load
You'll be at 59999 xp and then asked questions
Answer true to the 2 true or false questions (and you'll be validated)
Save once you hit 80k xp and you got everything unlocked without arousing TOO much suspiscion

If you guys want me to do that (or you can do it yourself and post link) just say so and I'll do it shortly after 4PM GMT-5 ^.^
