Just wait like a week at max, without connecting during the week, and after that, try connecting and see if it works.

And if it doesn't, wait another week and try again.

u are banned from Battle.net cause u flooded or w/e..
u wouldn't connect cause u get the same message every day..
try re-installing wc3 or d/c ur bots..

Well... I think it's a 2 week ban... >.> Cos usually it is. Just wait for that long (I once got banned and had a static ip... it was torture) and reconnect
