[request]swap trigger

I need help in creating a trigger that allows you to swap heros with another person in the first minute of the game, just like dota.

where if player 1 blue types in -swap 2, then a message will come up on player 2 teal's screen saying "XXXXX wishes to swap with you, type -swap 1 if you wish to swap" and when he types -swap 1, their chars swap.

if you know what I mean , can someone help me out? it doesn't have to be specifically that, but some sort of -swap 1, -swap 2 code etc.
