why is it happen?

is there anyway to avoid user from redownload the map?

nope , they have to download , there's no other way , because u are editing the map , the others have the original.
u have the original and the edited ..

Well the cp is good ,but i still don't like it cause all player's can cheat ,no activator

no1 knows about the cp anyway , so how would they found out , that it has it? ^^

How would they find out? If someone sees that your resources are a little funny, or that you seem to be leveling a little quickly, and they decide to see if you're cheating. So they test common activators. None work. Then, just to see, they say -gold 500. And it works. Then, since they were talking in allies, everyone starts cheating. The game is ruined. That's why there's activators, to keep it for just the people that know. Don't you put passwords on your email, on your account, on most things that you sign up for? One of the first things that you do is to change/set the password to something that only you know, to keep it secure and keep it for just you. That's the same idea behind the activators. If you don't have one, anyone can get in.

He hacked Heaven vs Hell, but he had to use GUI.
