[Request] Naruto Ultimate RPG 3.0e

There's a tool out there called vexorian's map optimizer or something, but I can't find it, and that's the only way I can think to reduce the size of the map since it was already reduced with all of the regular optimizer's options........ with that said the map is 4.07 mb, which means until the size is taken down in some form, wc won't play it.

Best I can do for now, someone else can try to reduce it's size.
