i actually have a similar problem.

i'm not sure if what you mean by version but; i have 1.21 patch and the problem occurs while loading the map (not when MH is runned or WC3 is runned)

Doesn't dota have an amh now? I'm pretty sure the basic corrupt model-based AMH will crash shadowfrench if you select the options so carelessly.
And unless I'm wrong dota should have a pretty much unbeatable AMHS system now (it will not crash but it will only remove the for of war without revealing units or anything).

Shadow French mh has a option to disable dota -ah ^^

Much less one that works on all maphacks flawlessly.
