Question about -ap mode in dota allstars

As title, I want to add a trigger in the other dota-like map that do the same thing on -ap mode in dota-allstars.

Furthermore , I want the hero that can be choosen by both two sides at the same game.

That means player 1 and player 2 in the different side both can choose the same hero in this game.

Of course it will need a activator code before choosing the heros.

Can somebody tell me how to write that kinds of triggers, please.

Or someone can add this triggers for me?

I am not good at this really can not help just i know that :

Event : Player 1 (red) types a message -ap ...
then you should make tavern ( or the place heroes are ready to be chosen ) to netural passive who are friendly with all players.

You can always cheat and just put the maximuim stock of the hero for a tavern to more than 1, so multiple people can choose that hero.
