IDN, I really don't think people should be allowed to request (simple cheating E.G. no anti-cheat or anti-single player), for two reasons,
1) It allows people to spam requests to get there post count up.
2) It lets people, ask others to spam, to get there post count up (*COUGH*ozzapooandrara23*COUGH*
