Do anyone know why my mapeditor is not working?

It keep saying that I didn't insert the disc even after I insert it already,I even tried re-install it.

Maybe your disk is broken? Try updating to the newest version, there is a no-cd patch with it.

Yes, that would the the wise thing to do... If still facing problems try re-installing wc3... Welcome to the forums!

uhm reinstall warcraft III ? connect to battle.net , it will update .
