the pb is that is not simple as u said, oc course i tried it before post, and then go in game as arbitre you'll see that units are in white on minimaps and then try the same in dota and see how well made it is, everyone think it's just neutral or redplayer with none in player slot, that's more complicated than that for sure.
k, then play a map like this, as arbitre , arbitre slot 1 and look on MINIMAP the color of red units and you'll see that u're wrong.
Play dota as arbitre, slot 1 of arbitre too and look again on minimap the color of sentinel's units
I've seein it used in sentenses like arbitre to everyones thoughts he did do it. So it probably means something like opposite,false. Use dictionary for better results lolz I mite be remembering wrong word anyway. Of cource this doesn't look like what it means in his post anyhow. >:O Maybe his arbitre means observer/player or some shit.
