I'm pretty noob at making 1 and I dont even know how to and use what program.

I see you changed your post. It's fairly easy to make a sig. All you need is an image editing/creating program such as Adobe PhotoShop. Then just find the brush type you like and begin designing. You are able to crop in images from other sources then use layers (as I have done to yours) to make the image more appealing and have a good design. It can take a while to make a sig, just depends on what you want and what kind of style you are going for. More advanced sigs will take more layers and more mix of colors and it time consuming but well worth it in the long run.
