DotA - editing broodmother's skills

Hey everyone. I'm new here. I searched but could not really find an answer to my question on editing a hero's abilities.

Broodmother has:

Nuke that springs spiderlings,
A Web for protection/regen
A Bite to slow the opponent and also increase their % to miss
Another Bite that deals damage and does life steal.

Would it be possible for someone to explain how I can edit Brood's Nuke to do 150 damage/250/450/650
Also Brood's ultimate to do 150 with a 30% life steal, 300 40% life steal, 500 with a 50% life steal

Could someone please explain to me how to do this, or possibly do it for me?

Broodmothers ulti isnt a nuke so how do you want it to do 150, 300 and 500 at each different lvl?
