No, i mean, i know what it is, just when i try to open it with the program, it doesnt let me, because its not the right program to open the file with...
So, is there any other method on doing this? Maybe by using jasscraft?

Im trying to open up a 7z file but its not letting me, okay, so this is really not working out, i heard theres a way to do it using jasscraft, can anyone explain how exactly im supposed to do that? Thanks in advance.

You have to open 7z with the program for 7z that wsa provided earlier simply install that program then when you right click on the file that you want to extract their should be an option to extract the file.

Im pretty sure swearing isnt allowed tru_power22. I already thought i established the fact that the program 7z or w.e its called did not work. However, I followed aeros advice and opened it with winrar, (it worked, 
) Now, heres a new problem ive come upon, i put it into the map via norwegan editor, and it passed the test, then i go enable and save, so, its all good, so im off, i click test map, and in-game, i type "-votekick" but it doesnt work, so what i want to know is:
1) Did i do something wrong?
2) Will the votekick not work if im the only player ingame?
By the way: Thanks alot to all who tried to help me, i really appreciate it, especially you Aero.
