yes, triggers will be in Jass. However, converting to GUI is a very very long process because usually the map is coded with trigger names being I0CO, stuff like that. Then you have to match them around in the .j file. This is the reason restoration is highly unlikely to be done unless it benefits the person doing it. So there you have it in a nutshell.

i cant read jass as well
err...
wtf i tried deptrotecting the map as well, but i got a fatal error
Fatal Error: cannot read war3map.j

EDIT: I just extracted all the files using MPQMaster and then ran xdep again and it worked fine.
