uhm I wanted to try those so called 'hacked' maps and this is the one I encountered (coz of my friend that plays this map and claims he gained 200lvl without taking much time playing), but SP doesn't work at all. If I see well you still can't quest (first quest giver works, but in Athens you can't take any quest. I would like to see that fixed along with all things that were included/changed and were pointed on the first site of this topic (also I could not activate cheats or use them, I think it might be the same problem as with questing, but I do not code maps to play an expert role).

edit: ok quests were level related probably, but cheats still don't work for me (eh... maybe this is stupid problem, but still I would like to see it fixed for me, so please keep flames away )
