1.)the the activation for cheats "-cekaj"
2.)can anybody make it with some other button that opens the cheat menu, just not ESC.

The 2nd part is not possible, for me. There are only these options: ESC, up arrow, down arrow, left arrow or right arrow. You probably don't want to make them any of those arrows key becasue you want those key to scroll your screen in warcraft.
If ESC is ok for you I can do it in 5 minutes, if not, ask some other advanced JASSer to make them. Probably Aero or Weirdone know how to put it other key such as f1, f2 or even, tab, etc...???
btw, people are now playing 6.49c, why do you request for dota 6.49b?

Request only the latest versions of the maps! (If you have a really good reason to request an old version, explain it!)
and 6.49b isn't the newest version
