It's a pyro with Light Armor, Swift Learner, Energy Cells, Hacking,
Key, Medal of Honor, Police Combat Cross, Commendation Bar,
Life Saving Award and last but not least...
Recognition for Exceptional Merit III!

Key - Grants usage of the -color chat command.
Medal of Honor - Effective nanites level is increased by 1.
Police Combat Cross - Ammo level starts at 1 instead of 0.
Commendation Bar - Increases innate energy regeneration level by 16%.
Life Saving Award - You are exempt from death penalty twice.
Recognition for Exceptional Merit III - Increases personal hazard pay by 120 per payment.

I don't know if these medals are working at all...
There is no code for the -color thing in the jass and it doesn't seem to have any effect... -.-
