How to use MH in AMH map?

As the tittle how to use mh in amh map especially is dota~

I suppose you cant. But i guess that AMH must have some kind of bugs.. lets say an advanced mh that doesnt reveal the entire map and gives you the line of sight the enemy can see, i think that way it should work.
