Dota 1, edit the number of team members

I tried to edit the Dota 6.83d +ai so that I can play it like 1v9 or 1v11 or even more, but it always show a max of 5 opponents.
Already modified as far as I could the war3map.j and war3map.w3i, but didn't work.
What can I do to change it, or to open it in world editor? Or do you have something like this?
I would like to change the PMV 1.42 if possible.
The "DotA_v6.83dAI___.w3x" is my try.
Can you help please?
