Works fine to me.

Make sure you run Warcraft III in :

Warcraft III/x86 folder.

And if you can, please describe more, i can't help with such little information.

I tried the map on the link and when i try to make a lobby (1st picture) it just takes me back to the waiting lobby (2nd picture)

Yeah that's not single player problem, i use version 1.31 to play the map.
