Request: A Cheatpack and a custom command to activated the second base of the living team (last bastion, dwarf outpost in dwaftland, thus changing the victory condition of the darkness team, the original is destroying or capturing the cidatel).

To obtain the second base, you must meet a mortar team unit to do a quest to gather items necessary to continue (use a pickaxe sold in the marked to destroy the rocks in the cidatel´s cave) then you need to be a mayor or have communist item solded at the castle´s cidatel thus changing the win/lose condition of the living and darkness team (you can see that in the quest menu).
