Info: I'd like JJCP and SP enabled on this map. In the start when you load in SP you cannot select any hero, move your screen around, or do basically anything.

JJCP Added; SP Should work, only tested on LAN.
Removed level anticheats, if your hero doesn't tier up, just kill him with "-kill".

Actually i can't, since my RMPQEx stopped work on newer W3 Patch (1.30), i will search for an pirated W3 and fix that.
