Unit - Order (Entering unit) to Attack-Move To (Center of Region 007 <gen>)

Even when I have those triggers.
BTW CAN ANYONE HELP ME BY HELPING ME WITH MAKING THE BOSS USE HIS SPELLS!

Hmm...just to be curious, does the boss spawn in the region? If he spawns there...I don't think that would work...I think you would have to pick all the units (the boss) in that area that belong to brown and then do the attack move.
Also, to make life MUCH easier, name your regions. Name everything. For big maps, not naming these things will be a biiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiig pain.

Is the center of the map region 6?
And weirdone2 is right, when I looked at the map, there were WAY too many move triggers. They were more or less told to move every couple of seconds. :/

Its pretty simple really, the creeps go to the top left of the map then to the top right then to the bottom left and then go back to top left and the movement is repeated.

Spawn w/e
Trigger - Run (w/e the trigger below this one is called) (Ignore Conditions)
Make sure to write the above line so the below trigger gets executed.
Events:

Actions:
Pick all units within (Region w/e they spawn (owned by enemy color)) and order them to Unit - Attack-Move to (Region top-left)
Make sure to put the Trigger - Run (w/e the above trigger is called) ignore conditions.
Then make another trigger with:
Events:
A unit enters region (top left)
Conditions:
Owner of (Triggering Unit) is equal to (enemy color)
Actions:
Unit - Order Triggering Unit to Attack-Move to (Region top-right)
That'll send the entering unit, provided it's the bad guys, to the top right. Then...
Events:
A unit enters region (top right)
Conditions:
Owner of (Triggering Unit) is equal to (enemy color)
Actions:
Unit - Order Triggering Unit to Attack-Move to (Region bottom left)
Finally...
Events:
A unit enters region (bottom left)
Conditions:
Owner of (Triggering Unit) is equal to (enemy color)
Actions:
Unit - Order Triggering Unit to Attack-Move to (Region top left)
They will keep doing this pattern until killed or told otherwise. Hope I helped. ^_^
