I'm not skilled enough to cheat maps but I have some words of wisdom for this map.
This is a multiplayer map for a reason: it requires 2 heroes to have sex. cough cough
To reach Tier 4, you need to sex with others of the same tier, but different heroes.
If you plan on playing it solo, I recommend becoming acquainted with this command:
-share ## (## represents a player, use -colors to find out the player numbers.)
This will allow you to control the Wisps and heroes of the computers even if no player was set.
Tier Fusions (This should be them but I copied them from elsewhere so...)

I tried to cheat the map. But somehow i get "Cannot load map data"..
I will try again when i get home.
But i can tell you the map you uploaded is already cheated.
