I understand it. For example: item id = I07P. So what comand needs to be entered now to receive this item in my bag? "-additem I07P" doesn't work.

No, you use "-spawn I07P" the "-additem ##" command spawns your desired number of items, but random.
And i'm not sure but the command "-add ##" probably work for items too, but not sure.
