INT is useless for anybody whose main skill stat is not INT. Sephiroth is a STR hero, so you want to focus on that first

stat grind like you would any other hero; if you're trying to make an Uberwisp or get Wrath, i suggest grabbing an AGI flag for the extra damage. if you can get help, have people kill stronger bosses for you for the lumber. if not, then kill whatever bosses you can in one run. AGI for damage and STR for survivability are the only stats you want to touch with Wisp. INT is completely useless for it

There's no special Wisp Tiers, no. At 700k stats (i think? might be 500k), Wisps get a new passive skill that causes visual effect and gives some stats.
