Can somebody tell me how to make this clean items etc. work? Was that just a list or can it be added ingame given the right code?

the IDs are extracted from the game as Rawcodes,
clean rawcodes are optimized rawcodes that tells you exactly the ID and name of item you are looking for.
To get item rawcode, use RMPQex and dump item data
to get clean rawcode, use Haxorizer
