Need help adding cheat pack to Warcraft 3 Map

Hey I got the cheat pack from:

I successfully added a cheat pack to a different map, but when I tried adding the cheat pack to this map it seemed to fail...
I believe I followed every step right. I didn't see any attributes in the map.

Problem: When I added the cheat pack in the map and I load up WarCraft 3 and select to play the map to test to see if It worked the map doesn't show any builder spots in which somebody can join. And when I try to start the map, it just reloads the page.

Any help?

The file is the file for the map that I tried to hacked.
Also I was wondering what if you open up the map with MPQ editor and it doesn't have the file war3map.j ? Where can I insert cheats
