You need to go here (see pic below). The area is filled with level 90+ mobs so you gotta evade them all. When you arrive there, yo will be transported to an island. Go right, there would be a knight. Approach him with the 40 book in your inventory and you will tier up. For tier 3, it's the same thing (at level 110 with book 110) but with the panda on the left.
pro tip: drop your items before tiering up.
There are 2 commands for stats first one uses 100lumber / stat point and second dumps all lumber in the the stat. Those are: -str,-agi,-int for 1stat/100 lumber and the second is -stat all. Also after you get tier 2 your stats reset so you should have some extra lumber for the stats
Actually, you can also go to panda on the left to tier up - you have to make a choice. There is two different tier 2 for each class. Tier 3 is only a stat increase as far as I know.
thanks for this info. i thought maybe we have to go with lvl 110 book to another special place. there are an empty area (more like an Arena) in fire area and there is gate too. i'm testing around.
Anyone knows what happenwith these 1 gold item in shop , it says something about lvl 200 or like this
