First ty and second whats with the units? there are no when i open the map with world editor, or is this normal?

Deprotection let's you open it in World Editor.

One more question I dont know if this fits here but I will just ask now : When I import models to my OWN map they appear as green box and only show up normal as they should when I start the game so click on "test map" On many tutorials they say that there should be a readme where they tell you to where you have to set the path but not in this case and I tried much things now but didnt get a solution yet http://chaosrealm.info/topic/7528073/1/ this is the modelpack and so far I only tried it with the Chunin Exam.mdx
So actually right now I just need help with pathing and how to find out if the model creator dont tell

It's a map creation question, you should go to CR or hiveworkshop to ask that. Anyways, recently I just started making a map, so I'll tell you . When you imported the models, you path them and then worldedit(WE) shows green boxes because WE cannot recognize the files you just pathed.
