Request: Add JJ's CP to the map

I have tried adding the cheat pack to the map myself, but I've encountered a problem where items and units previously hidden by map triggers and unlocked only by fulfilling certain conditions are revealed prematurely. This only seems to happen when I add the cheat pack to the map.
