Help with JJ cheat pack command

Hello please somebody tell me this comand work?
-cheaton ## (Turns cheats on for player specified)
-cheatoff ## (Turns cheats off for player specified)
and if work , what is ##? number player ?
Exemple 01=red , 02= blue etc?

or is color?

i try to cheatsoff other cheater who use and dont work.. but he cheat off me... please i dont understand comand...


and i dont know why but after cant use cheat . i cant use and comand for bot . i use ent bot... !ban !kick dont work.. what WTF IS?

''-cheatoff 00'' turns off the cheat for player red
00- red,01- blue , 02-teal etc....
u do same for cheaton
