Is it possible to open .mix files?

Im trying to find certain sound files inside a .mix file but i have no clue how to open it or convert it, i've tried Ejay but whenever i convert it there it just becomes a 5 KB file that doesnt have anything on it, does anyone have a clue on how to actually open these things or convert them to a format that i can use?

It seems to be but somehow people can put sound files inside of it, not sure how but its probably encoded and warcraft 3 somehow translates it from text?? theres alot of mix files that are big because of music inside of them.

also Ejay use mix files for making songs so not quite just picture files.

.mix is a type of outside resource file , allow map to have and load more content , just use MPQMaster to open it

P/s 1 :Sometime .mix is a dll file so can't open it with MPQMaster
P/s : Warcraft auto load some type of file like that (mix , asi, ...)
