warcraft 3 load problem

Hi everyone i want to ask why is that happens
My friend is playin on garena and when he load his code in any RPG or ORPG map, the game drop him
he is using version swicher for patch and if he use normal patching when he join any game no matter that he has the map
he still download it and after 100% get auto kick and if he join again it happens the same thing
but all of this dont happen in tunggle and tunggle has bad servers please help for garena

If the maps are over 8mb he will need a patch that will let him play maps over that limit and if the maps are under 8mb and that still happens I think it would be best to reinstall warcraft
