Removing MPQ.Moonlight protection

Anyone know how to remove it?
It seems like you need a hex editor but I dont know what to edit out of the file.

why cant i find how to use the mpq moonlight protection,everyone is searching how to remove it but nobody trys to know how to use it

is it a new kind of protection they just discovered few times ago ?

no its a long time protection been used over like 2 years ago its a korean protection.
