Rebuild MPQ never failed me. Usually the missing files are files the maker is no longer using and he didnt remove. DotA has that problem.
You can always ask the staff for help.

sometimes if the listfile not complete, the loading screen will become blank

Depends on the files missing.
If you are missing essential files after rmpqx and xdep. Ask the staff. Some one might be able to give you a better listfile.

furthermore there are some maps that can't be opened using MPQ Editor and MPQ View

when i open it i get (path of the file) isnt a valid win32 app :D

does it require to deprotect the map before ?

i tried to do it on a map and it did nothing (same size before and after) and no errors but the terminal just disappeared

I retried it (i forgot to put map into "input")
and it showed me that error :

Error 004: Compact flush failed.
