Also, the reason you didn't get real object "names" is because their names are probably stored elsewhere in a different file - a file you don't have in the actual map, of course, since you only added the .w3t...but it's very likely a war3campaign.w3(x) file that could be added renamed to make it work. Possibly the .wts.
I took your advise and I extracted all the w3campaign.xxx files and renamed them all as w3map.xxx after wich I inserted them in the campaign file (w3n) and used the dumb object function. As you suspected i got all the rawcodes needed (items and abilities since units are actualy stored in the contained map files of the campaign - u have to extract and use dumb obj on eac chapter x map.w3x -) and their real names.
