If you dont understand ill explain. Original maps are not same with the edited ones, thus the one who joins is downloading a new map even if he already has it.

There are a few acceptable explaination that people are willing to accept
1. Sorry the filename is different. It's 6.46~1 , that's why you are DLing.
2. This is an AI map. :p
3. This is an AMH map.
But what ever reason you give, make sure you got at least one friend who has map and firewall off so that at least 2 players are DLing at one time. And sure, you must have a fast connection, if not people will be leaving.
