Need hints on how to achieve 4th job at Illiana's Rpg v1.8

Hi there, I was wandering if anyone could tell me the formula on how to achieve 4th job since 1st job will be awarded automatically through leveling 'til 50, then 2nd job through level 200 and theitem from the right side of the 2nd town (dagger of escape icon since all items don't have names) and 3rd job level 500 and an item from firelord at the bottom right of the 4th town the thing is I haven't discovered the formula on how to achieve the 4th job... Also there are numerous misc items from level 600 onwards.. if maybe someone has already achieved 4th job and is kind enough to share it it would be great

Ps: This map is like Godworld, Night of mist and Hard Rpg... all korean with no item and hero names

Beetle kill, beat up three things from him, crafted them into one body in the second city, as the glove and hand over to the circle around the beetle (left circle)
