I would you to find how to activate cheats in this map a freind said "when you press ESC there is a panel that shows up but it work only when your name is lazer and you must type a password before 10 seconds i guess"

I didn't know what the activator exactly is (since I didn't test it) and the CP is weird I've never seen it before and it's not English but try this maybe it's work
1.(string) : type ~uchiha to activate

2.(name activator) : either A112 or lazer

~logon , ~uem(this command might be exp*3) , ~activateai , ~deactivateai , ~dropinfo , ~cheaton, ~cheatoff and maybe -cam , -watch , -base

=> Arrow-Activator for Name-Activator 1: EUUDD (ESC then ↑↑↓↓)
Command for Name-Activator 1(After using each command, you need to active the cheat again): "~uchiha", "~logon" , "~uem", "~activateai", "~deactivateai", "~dropinfo", "~cheaton", "~cheatoff"

Name-Activator 2: "lazer"
=> Command activator: "180208"
