Edit: Activator is bound to specific names, which means you have to use -name in the werewolf game to activate the JJCP. (You can change to something else after that)

How did you even assume that, it's not clean since anyone can use the cheats...
It's a name + arrow activator.
1.To use cheats you can just -name God.Is.A.Dog
2.Followed by the arrow activator.
and you CAN change your name to something else after that, nobody will probably notice your name changes.
