Please help me how to active cheat code this maps:

Map 1: My username in game is "ThisIsMyName" line 1576, but when I'm in game, I cannot use cheatcodes. So how to cheat with this map?

In line 1577: if SubString(GetEventPlayerChatString(),0,'d')==o and not IsPlayerInForce(VO,c)then
and line 3: string o="No Cheats"

I enter "No Cheats" and my name is "ThisIsMyName" but nothing happen?
Please review my attached files and tell me how to cheat with this map?

This is a [DA] request as seen from how you phrased the problem, I moved it and fixed for you to the Map Request section and read the rule for making a request HERE
The activator is -clear<5x space>
it can ONLY be activated with id "ThisIsMyName" or "JJ2197"
apparently it seems like it is either cheated by our member whitegun or anhMCP
