FV: Change the preview picture from 3.9 to 4.0, in another color for you to decide.
CC: A "-misc" command which only works while fukkiCP is activated. It should give a random bonus , which is purchasable ONCE from the potion shop, to the triggering player.
I hope the CC works more than once.

He never wanted to add or remove any cheatpack.

Preview picture I can't see it too, but others player joining my game would see it.

Well, suffice to say, I tried my best, but I couldn't find anything even remotely similar to the font they used...it would've been much easier if you'd just asked for something like 3.9a or something.

Same as zUsername's map, but with a (poorly) changed preview screen.
